1. What is REM?

The Rotaract Europe Meeting (REM) is a conference hold twice a year and hosted by a Rotaract club within the Europe Region.

2. Who is organizing REM?

REM is organized by the local Host Organizing Committee (HOC), nominated by the European Rotaract Information Centre (E.R.I.C.) and acting under its direct guidance and supervision.

3. Who is E.R.I.C.?

E.R.I.C. is is a Multi-District Information Organization (MDIO) serving Rotaractors all over Europe. Created in 1988 it now supports 136 districts, in 46 countries reaching more than 20.000 Rotaractors. For more information visit rotaracteurope.eu.

4. Am I eligible to come?

Registration to REM 2018 is open to all members of the Rotarian family, from Europe and beyond, who attend Rotaract Clubs on a regular basis. When indicated, partners are allowed to register as well.

5. How could I know that I’m registered?

The registration process is completed upon full completion of the online registration form, and after having received an email of confirmation. Your registration will be confirmed when the full payment of registration fee

6. Do you issue invitations needed for Visa applications?

No, unfortunately we cannot provide invitations for Visa applications.

7. How do I register for the REM?

Packages are being sold on-line on the REM website. There are several “waves” of registration with prices gradually increasing, as the event gets closer.

8. My plans have changed and I cannot come. Can I have the money back?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide the refunds. It may be however possible to sell the package to Rotaractors that have not been able to secure the place during the registration waves and are currently within our waiting list.
